To support its ever-growing base of OEM customers in China, Axetris has invested in building a repair and service centre in Shanghai.

Axetris is committed to support its large and ever-growing base of OEM customers for laser gas detection (LGD) products in China. To enable quick response times, Axetris has invested in building a repair and service centre at its Chinese facility in Shanghai. The repair centre was planned and built completely at the Swiss headquarters of Axetris AG, and then installed in Shanghai according to strict Axetris guidelines for quality repairs. The Chinese repair centre offers quick support and repairs (up to Level 3), enabling Chinese customers to quickly respond in case of field problems. The repair centre was inaugurated this month and is now fully operational.

“Our OEM customers, who build high-quality gas analysers based on our LGD products, need to respond to field issues quickly, typically within 48 hours. Having a local repair and service facility in China that can cater to this demand, and help our OEM customers be successful, is a prerequisite for our future success in China,” said Rock Shen, the Axetris Sales Manager for China.
