NLG, providers of planned maintenance, repair, qualification and training for analytical instrumentation has appointed Nick Bayliss as Sales Manager. With more
than 10 years’ experience within the industry, he is familiar with the demands laboratories face in meeting the need for effective, reliable support, at affordable prices the company said.
"I’m delighted to have joined the team here at NLG. It’s a company with some genuine service benefits to offer UK laboratories. As Sales Manager I’m really looking forward to showing how NLG can work with labs to reduce service costs and increase instrument up-time. ’Rapid response’, ’first-time, first-fix and ’value for money’ are not clichés here at NLG, but aims we all take seriously to provide the best service possible,” Nick added.
NLG specialises in the service and support of multi-vendor HPLC, GC and Mass Spec equipment, from manufacturers such as Agilent, Dionex, Gilson, PerkinElmer, Shimadzu, Thermo and Waters.
