A new firmware is available for Huber temperature control units with ‘Pilot ONE’ controller. The update comprises several new functions, for example a user administration with several menu and authorisation levels. The new function can be used to create password-protected user accounts. The access rights to these are freely configurable. In this way, key settings and operating parameters can be protected against inadvertent changes, and access may be restricted if required. Another new feature is the option to save process data directly to a connected USB data carrier. The data is saved in 5 second intervals as a universal CSV file which can be easily evaluated and edited, for example with Microsoft Excel®. The firmware is updated by means of the ‘Pilot ONE Flasher’ software available for download on www.huber-online.com. The installation package comes with detailed instructions.
