Huber product range has been further extended. The new Unistats 510 and 610 guarantee high-precision and reproducible results. These units are ideally suited for applications in process engineering, research, material testing, test rigs and have the unique multitouch controller Pilot ONE®!

The Huber product range has been further extended with two new models, the Unistats 510 and 610. The new Unistats guarantee high-precision and reproducible results, fastest heating and cooling rates as well as large temperature ranges without changing fluid. The new models cover a temperature range from -60 °C to +200 °C (Unistat 610) and from -50 °C to +250 °C (Unistat 510) and offer heating capacities of 6 kW and cooling capacities up to 7 kW.

Both models are equipped with the innovative multitouch controller Pilot ONE. Operation is via a colour 5.7“ TFT-touchscreen display with convenient menu prompts. All important parameters such as process temperature, jacket temperature, pump pressure and safety equipment are visible at a glance – the temperature processes are graphically displayed and shown in real time. The Pilot ONE is equipped with USB as well as network connections and multilingual with 11 languages as standard.

In order to achieve optimum heat transfer, all Unistats are equipped with cutting-edge pump technology and ensure optimum circulation with increased flow rates. The circulation pumps have infinite regulation and protect glass reactors from breakage with soft start technology. The Unistat technology wins in terms of cost-effectiveness with minimal operating costs and efficient energy management. Another plus is the considerably increased service life of the thermofluid: For hydraulically sealed systems, the fluid is thermally sealed from the atmosphere. This prevents formation of oil vapors and oxidation.

Many thermoregulation applications make unsupervised continuous operation necessary. Unistats are perfectly suited to this purpose. The units include extensive safety equipment. All relevant operating parameters are continuously monitored. If necessary, warnings are issued, the system is shut off or emergency processes are activated.

The Unistat product range includes over 80 models with working temperatures from -120 °C to +425 °C with cooling capacities up to 130 kW. The product range offers solutions for applications in process technology, for research tasks, material testing, temperature simulations and test rigs.
