Advanced temperature stability for HPLC columns

03 Sep, 2025

Torrey Pines Scientific has introduced the EchoTherm™ HPLC Column Oven Model CO20, designed to deliver precise thermal stability for high-performance liquid chromatography applications. Covering a range from ambient to 90°C, the CO20 allows setpoints in 0.1°C increments and maintains accuracy within ±0.1°C. A front-panel stability indicator ensures users know when the chamber is within ±0.2°C of the target temperature.

The oven accommodates columns up to 30 cm in length with diameters of ¼″ or 3/8″, secured in mounting clips that can be removed to fit larger columns when required. Practical features include a clear digital display of both set and actual temperatures, an injection counter, a 30-day timer with alarm, and a programmable Auto-Off function. An optional stand is also available.

Powered by 12 V DC, the unit comes with a universal bench-top power supply, a region-specific 3-wire AC line cord, counter cable, and is backed by a 12-month warranty. The CO20 is fully ETL, CSA, and CE compliant, ensuring safe use in laboratories worldwide.
