Supplied in the UK by Cambio and produced by Epicentre® (an Illumina company), the TotalScript™ RNA-Seq kit is a low-input library preparation kit. This kit enables researchers to quickly create high complexity RNA-seq libraries from as little as 1 – 5 ng of intact total RNA, without the need for ribosome RNA removal or Poly(A) encrichment. The rapid, 5-hour procedure dramatically reduces the amount of time spent creating sample libraries, and the flexible protocol can be adapted to match researchers’ desired rRNA content and transcript coverage.

The TotalScript™ RNA-Seq kit is designed for direct use with high quality total RNA (RIN > 7) from higher Eukaryotes (human, rodent, yeast, C.elegans, plantand Drosophila samples) to give an indexed Illumina compatible library. The TotalScript™ RNA-Seq kit uses a proprietary ribosomal RNA suppression strategy so there is no need for rRNA depletion.

Cambio is dedicated to providing UK laboratories with the most efficient and effective tools for life science applications. Fully supported by a team of experts providing top quality, tailored customer service, users are supplied with a complete solution that allows them to see the entire processes through from start to finish.
