Zinsser Analytic's SPEEDY® will do the job for you. It is an automatic system for solid phase extraction and filtration, which can produce large numbers of extractions. It fully automates the entire process for both SPE plates or cartridges:

Sample dilution, sample dispensing, positioning the elution rack, controlling the extraction process, re-running single samples if necessary, exchanging the plates for a second run, independent probes condition the column, then dilute and dispense the samples.

Reproducible and reliable results are achieved with software controlled vacuum and/or positive pressure (nitrogen or air). Vacuum driven SPE is a suitable method only if all samples are of uniform consistency. The positive pressure technique provides the additional benefit of addressing each cavity individually, working with samples of different consistency (e.g. plasma & biofluids). There is no need to use an entire SPE plate and there is no dry-running of cavities. Oxidation is prevented when using nitrogen. Mixed cartridge sizes can be used in one run.

With the positive pressure system optimal & reproducible extraction conditions for each sample are assured, regardless of the sample viscosity, filter variations, or other variable conditions. The high sample capacity makes SPEEDY® an ideal front end for LC-MS and purification or extraction in combinatorial chemistry.
