“What if I spill something on the balance?”

This question is already a thing of the past.

Take a look at the picture below, and see what you can do with an IP65 compliant precision balance, available only from A&D. Our precision balance, the FX-iWP, enables you to measure liquid or powder (e.g. pharmaceutical substances) at 1mg resolution while eliminating any worries about damage to the device. Of course, it is equipped with all the functions and benefits offered by the existing FX-i series, such as a B5-size footprint and a stabilisation speed of just 1 second. The FX-iWP can also withstand a variety of adverse conditions. For example, is your workshop filled with oil mist? No problem! Such situations, which may have caused difficulties with precision balances in the past, no longer exist now that the FX-iWP is here.

The FX-iWP series includes six models; the FX-120iWP (122g/1mg), FX-200iWP (220g/1mg), FX-300iWP (320g/1mg), FX-1200iWP (1220g/10mg), FX-2000iWP (2200g/10mg), and the FX-3000iWP (3200g/10mg). Choose whichever model best suits your purposes. The optional waterproof RS-232C cable is also available if connection to a PC etc. is necessary.
