The new high performance Avantes AvaSpec NIRLine with the TEC- extension is designed particularly for the difficult demands of

measuring long wavelengths. The line provides state-of-the-art performance for dispersive NIR-instruments with toroidal focusing mirrors and dynamic dark correction for enhanced stability. The

application areas for the new AvaSpec family are wide: moisture content measurement of liquids, solids and powders for inline and quality control purposes; quantitative and qualitative measurement of

volatile organics such as ethanol and methanol; plastic characterisation and material identification; and irradiance measurements such as solar monitoring.

The AvaSpec-NIR512-1.7-TEC and AvaSpec- NIR256-1.7-TEC provide high resolution at a large dynamic range with 1-stage thermoelectrical cooling. The AvaSpec-NIR256-2.0- TEC to NIR256-2.5-TEC range features even extended InGaAs array technology to measure up to 2500nm. Integrated two stage peltier

cooling technology to provide low dark noise levels and enhanced dynamic range.

Available premium options are: wireless communication, multi-channel housings, nonlinearity calibration. Avantes’ AvaSpec NIRLine instruments are available as laboratory instruments or OEM modules. In combination with the AvaSpec StarLine and the AvaSpec SensLine instruments, Avantes offers a complete range of spectrometers for all customer applications.
