BÜCHI Labortechnik AG, known as a market leader in rotary evaporation, breaks new ground in multiple sample processing.

The Multivapor™ is a compact instrument for the parallel evaporation of up to 12 samples simultaneously. It has been specially designed to operate either as a stand-alone instrument, or in combination with an existing Rotavapor®.

This synergistic and compact design saves space in the lab and is designed to fit into specific process workflows where the evaporation of multiple samples is considered a bottleneck. The Multivapor heats and agitates up to 12 samples in individual cylindrical transparent water bath. A flexible sealing system with a range of specific adapters allows the system to be used with a broad range of common glassware – including Carousel tubes,

microwave vials, and SpeedExtractor tubes - rendering the time-consuming sample transfer steps obsolete. Bumping is prevented by inducting a vigorous vortex in the sample by means of the orbital agitation and guarantee a fast and safe parallel evaporation without the risk of cross-contamination. This feature makes the Multivapor the ideal way to work up samples quickly, easily and safely!

Equipped with the sophisticated vacuum controller V-855 and the vacuum pump V-700 parallel evaporation is a cinch. This technique is in accordance with the regulations of ISO 14000 which require most environmental health processes as possible.
