Combustion Ion Chromatography: Metrohm publishes 11 new Application Notes

Metrohm presents 11 new applications on combustion ion chromatography (CIC). CIC enables the straightforward determination of halogens and sulphur in widely differing matrices. The new application notes (ANs) present solutions to common application challenges from various industries.

The new ANs are:

  • AN-CIC-001 Halogens in high-viscosity oils by means of Combustion IC
  • AN-CIC-002 Halogens and sulfur in residual solvents by means of Combustion IC
  • AN-CIC-003 Chlorine, bromine and sulfur in low-density polyethylene (ERM®-EC680k) by means of Combustion IC
  • AN-CIC-004 Entire and leachable concentration of halogens and sulfur in latex gloves by means of Combustion Ion Chromatography and a leaching test
  • AN-CIC-005 Iodine in a pharmaceutical product by means of Combustion Ion Chromatography with Inline Matrix Elimination
  • AN-CIC-006 Recovery rates for chloride, bromide and sulfate in certified reference materials by means of Metrohm Combustion Ion Chromatography
  • AN-CIC-007 Analysis of a mixed liquid standard by means of Metrohm Combustion ICAN-CIC-008 Fluorine in polyisobutene by means of Metrohm Combustion IC
  • AN-CIC-009 Chloride and sulfur in cyclohexane by means of Metrohm Combustion IC
  • AN-CIC-010 Halogens in a polymer sample by means of Combustion IC pursuant to RoHS
  • AN-CIC-011 Analysis of an ion exchanger by means of Metrohm Combustion IC
