The 3628 Bench-Press® is SPEX CertiPrep Ltd's newly redesigned air-actuated, 25-Ton laboratory press ideal for pressing sample pellets for XRF and other analytical methods. Pressure is measured by a dial that can be set when applications require repetitive, reproducible pressures. Neither hand pumping nor an electric hook up is needed. The 3628 Bench-Press requires a standard air supply of 90 psi (6.1 atm, or 6.2 bars) and 7 cubic feet per minute (0.20 cubic meters per minute or 198 liters per minute). This compact 12'' (30cm) wide modern bench-top press includes a safety door with interlock, is CE marked and accepts all SPEX SamplePrep and most other "stand-alone" pellet dies.
