The Velp Scientifica fully automatic hot solvent extractors SER 158 Series are the perfect solution for precise and accurate fat extractions and sample preparation for a wide range of applications both in Food and Non-Food industries.

Maximum safety is provided for both the laboratory operators and the sample. The in-built SolventXpressTM technology drives the solvent from the dispenser to the cups guaranteeing no exposure to solvents, and SafeEndTM technology switches off the heating and raises the cups at the end of the extraction process.

The instrument combines state-of-the-art technology and premium materials, such as the titanium condensers, which results in unparalleled thermal exchange and drastic water consumption reduction. The SER 158 pumps and sensors guarantees superior reliability and safety, and the powerful removable ControlPad provides a completely new experience in the extraction process.

The SER 158 can be scaled up to 4 units with a maximum of 24 active positions independently controlled by a single ControlPad, reducing the initial investment to a minimum and seamlessly allowing the increase of connected units according to throughput requirements. SER 158 Series comes in 3 or 6 positions and is has a comprehensive set of accessories and consumables.
