Starna have extended their range of Spectrophotometer Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) to include convenient sets of absorbance references for linearity checking that will appeal to instrument users and suppliers alike. These CRMs enable users to demonstrate instrument linearity to meet the requirements of major Pharmacopoeia standards – including the latest European Pharmacopoeia 10.0 Chapter 2.2.25 and USP Chapter <857>. Extended ranges are included in the following materials: Neutral Density filters (440-635nm up to 3.5 A); Potassium Dichromate (235-350nm up to 3.5 A); Nictonic Acid (210-260nm up to 2.5 A); and Starna Green (250-650nm up to 5 A). These materials are fully traceable to NIST and the certificates are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034. These products are widely used by leading pharmaceutical companies and instrument manufacturers and like all Starna permanently heat-fused sealed references carry a lifetime guarantee.
