UK launch of NucleoSpin RNA Clean-up

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc recently announced that the new Macherey-Nagel NucleoSpin® RNA Clean-up XS kit is now available to UK scientists through Thermo Fisher Scientific, Epsom, UK. Based on proven NucleoSpin RNA XS technology, these specialised extraction columns allow fast and convenient clean-up of RNA samples, completely removing RT-PCR inhibitors and providing highly concentrated, ready-to-use RNA in an extremely small elution volume (5-20μl).

NucleoSpin RNA Clean-up XS is ideal for the clean up and concentration of pre-purified RNA or for the purification of RNA from reaction mixtures. Sample volumes of up to 300μl, containing up to 90μg of RNA, are simply loaded onto the column and can be eluted in as little as 5-20μl, allowing RNA samples to be concentrated by up to 50 times. The purified RNA is then ready to use in RT-PCR or other RNA applications.

NucleoSpin RNA Clean-up XS is available in a variety of pack sizes (10, 50 or 250 preparations) to suit all workloads and contain everything that’s required for RNA clean up, including columns, collection tubes and buffers.
