Aircraft Medical secures agreement with Turkish distributor

Edinburgh-based medical devices company, Aircraft Medical has signed an exclusive agreement with Caglar Medical to market and distribute the McGRATH® range of video laryngoscopes, the McGRATH® Series 5 and the McGRATH® MAC, in Turkey.

Turkey’s medical device market was estimated to be worth TRY2.95bn (US$2.27bn) in 2008*, making it the largest in

Central and Eastern Europe. The expansion of healthcare facilities combined with rising health expenditure should see the market grow at an attractive rate of 6.6% between 2010 and 2015.
