Kastner Appointed to Refurbish Laboratories at LGC Teddington Site

LGC are delighted to announce the appointment of Kastner to design, supply and deliver the new NML molecular laboratories at LGC Teddington, after a competitive tender process. The wide-ranging scheme will include the removal of the existing laboratories, and the installation of new ventilation, fume cupboards and partitioning to create a lighter, brighter and more commodious state-of-the-art facility for the technical teams. The new laboratories will house LGC’s advanced technology for Next Generation Sequencing and digital PCR and will be the future home of the UKAS accredited digital PCR measurement facility, providing independent and authoritative measurements of DNA for LGC’s customers across the diagnostics, AgBio and food sectors.
