Analytik Jena and Metrohm Enter Strategic Alliance in India and Scandinavia

Two Metrohm subsidiaries, Metrohm India Ltd and Metrohm Nordic AS will become exclusive distributors for Analytik Jena’s product offer in India and the Scandinavian countries. Both partners are operating globally as leading manufacturers of precision instruments for chemical analysis. From a business-strategic perspective Metrohm’s portfolio (titration, ion chromatography, voltammetry and stabilitymeasurement) and Analytik Jena’s portfolio (optical spectroscopy/elemental analysis) are an ideal match.

Their strategic partnership allows both partners to join forces in the above mentioned markets and provide the best product and service offer to their customers. Metrohm India Ltd has been a key-player in the Indian market for analytical instruments for more than 25 years.

The company has established a close network of local agencies for distribution, service & support all over India. Given the size of the Indian market, this is an invaluable asset, which from now on will also benefit the customers of Analytik Jena. The cooperation in the Scandinavian countries between Metrohm and Analytik Jena will be developed step by step. Starting from its head office in Sweden, Metrohm Nordic AS will distribute and bring after-sales service & support for Analytik Jena products to Norway, Finland, and Denmark. To this end, the required staff have been hired and trained thoroughly during the last couple of months.
