RTS-1, Single–Use Mini–Bioreactor with Real Time Cell Growth Logging and Innovative Reverse-Spin® Technology provides cells training reproduction for cryopreservation or receiving the transformants at a given phase of cell growth that not only makes the research process easier, but also provides reproducible manipulation of complex biological structures, which are the cells of the micro- and macroorgan­isms.

GEM-4 is a Multiplexed Real Time Gene Expression Analyser Module for Cell Growth Logger RTS-1. GEM-4 module allows to register the kinetics of microbial growth and multiplex control of gene expression based on detection of fluorescent marker proteins such as GFP, and its derivatives — RFP, CFP, YFP etc. the expression of which is under the control of the gene promoter regions of target proteins.
