The new SIMDOS® diaphragm dosing pump from KNFLab was designed specially with simplicity in mind. The easy-to-read display combined with a push-in control knob for intuitive operation make programming and access of all functions a snap.

Diaphragm pumps are ideally suited for transferring the corrosive liquids often found in laboratories. To cater for this, SIMDOS® is available with heads in various materials, including models in PTFE/FFPM. The pump head is situated outside the splash-protected IP-65 housing, which is a very significant safety factor.

Fast, precise calibration is crucially important in any dosing pump. The SIMDOS® pump sets a new benchmark and delivers premium results in the shortest times possible. Following calibration, repeatability is +/-1%. The new SIMDOS® dosing pump transfers liquids with a flow rate of 0 to 100ml/min and doses volumes of 0 to 1000 ml. It offers excellent long-term stability and consistent reliability throughout entire processes. The SIMDOS® dosing pump is safe to run dry and self-priming up to 3m. It is effective against pressures of up to 6 bar and transfers viscous media up to 150 centistokes. The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. Thanks to its neat design and small footprint, the new SIMDOS® dosing pump takes up very little valuable space.

The new SIMDOS® dosing pump is highly efficient and precise as well as easy to operate and maintenance-free: in all a practical, economic and future-proof solution for the laboratory planning to stay at the cutting edge.
