03 Feb, 2025

Eppendorf and the journal Science are now accepting applications for the 2025 Eppendorf & Science Prize for Neurobiology. This prestigious international award, valued at US$25,000, recognises young scientists for exceptional contributions to neurobiological research using molecular, cellular, systems, or organismic biology approaches.

Researchers aged 35 or younger are invited to apply by 15 June 2025. The winner and finalists will be selected by an independent panel of scientists, chaired by Science Senior Editor Dr Peter Stern.

The 2024 prize was awarded to Dr Laura Seeholzer from the University of California, San Francisco, USA, for her research on how airway neuroendocrine cells respond to external threats.
