Plug and Play with NIR Spectroscopy

With the Metrohm NIRS Spectroscopy Software; Vision Air, pre-calibrations are now provided so you can plug and play samples. Saving time on calibrating and building sample libraries. This saves time and money, giving immediate payback on your investment.

Three pre-calibrations are available with more to follow:

Precalibration for the pulp & paper industry - Precalibration for the determination of the kappa number and density as well as breaking, tensile and buckling strength in wood pulp by means of NIR spectroscopy.

Precalibration for the analysis of polyols - Precalibration for determination of the hydroxyl number in polyols by means of NIR spectroscopy.

Precalibration for BMP in Anerobic Digesters - A rapid Biochemical Methane Potential (BMP) analysis by the NIRS DS2500 Analyzer helps to improve waste management and increase methane production.
