Olympus @ ESHRE presents Innovations

Jun 05 2019

We look forward to welcoming you at our booth at the ESHRE.

Olympus IVF Solutions

Olympus IVF Solutions will be represented again this year with its own booth no #D78. The demand for assisted reproduction techniques in IVF is growing. Olympus in close contact with internal and external experts is continuously working to optimise our IVF solutions for the benefit of our customers.

Direct and Fast Spindle Visualisation

Knowing if oocytes are at metaphase II and therefore in optimal condition, is essential for successful fertilisation. Directly seeing the location of the spindle, which may be away from the polar body, reduces the chances of damaging the spindle apparatus. With just one push of a button on an Olympus IX3-SLICSI system you immediately see whether spindles have formed and where they are located. There is no additional step or extra time required, enhancing your chances of higher fertility- and pregnancy rates in routine work as well as in research.

In combination of Olympus microscopes with IVF micro manipulators please always consult the manual of the relevant IVF micro manipulator for information and compatibility.

Come to our booth and see the Daily Spindle Visualisation Show from 13:15 – 13:45, which was a great success last year and inspired many visitors.

EP50 Stand-alone Network Camera

We will also present the new EP50 camera and WLAN adaptor at our booth which is a real game changer.

Ready to use in seconds and with a simple on-screen interface, the Olympus EP50 camera makes digital imaging of microscopy samples a fast and engaging experience.

The EP50 camera adds sophisticated digital features to any microscope and is particularly effective at saving time and enabling interactive scenarios, using wired or WiFi network connectivity.

Without the need for a computer or additional software, any HDMI display device can be connected directly to the camera, which then provides a fast and smooth live image at 60 frames per second. Furthermore, the live image is available simultaneously on the HDMI display and the connected wireless device. Controls are simple and intuitive, either with the on-board software interface or through free apps and software for iOS, Android and Windows operating systems.

Come by and convince yourself of the quality of the new EP50 Stand-alone Network Camera.

Slim LED Transmitted Light Illumination Base with Turret System and LED Light Source

Another great innovation that we present to you this year at ESHRE are the Slim LED Transmitted Light Illumination Base with Turret System and LED Light Source Expand Observation and Contrast Options for SZX2/SZ2/MVX10 Microscopes. The base contains an easy-to-use turret system that can be loaded with up to four cartridges. This improves the flexibility of the SZX2/SZ2/MVX10 microscopes, allowing the user to observe a greater variety of samples and expand the scope of his observation tasks.

Experience at our booth how the new systems work.
