The Innovations Technology Access Centre (I-TAC), supported by the Science and Technology Facilities Council, is currently holding a competition offering free laboratory space for a period of time, and access to leading expertise, and business development support at their I-TAC facility in Daresbury. It is open to any innovative company that could benefit from fully funded access to cutting edge facilities and world class expertise working in any of the competition sectors, and that can demonstrate that use of I-TAC’s facilities would make a positive impact on your product or service development.

There are three categories in the competition:

• Environment

• Energy

• Healthcare

In order to apply you need to answer just three questions around how you would make best use of the prize if you won. For those interested in applying they are also recommending that you visit I-TAC and take a look at the facilities there. The competition closes on 30th November 2010 For more information, terms and conditions and how to enter, visit the I-TAC website.
