US Food Texture Expert tours UK Labs

One of the leading experts in food texture analysers was in the UK recently visiting major food labs as a guest of Spectronic Camspec (UK). Michelle Sink from Virginia based Food Technology Corporation toured some of the UK’s leading food labs with Mark Brereton, Spectronic’s MD.
