Five-year warranty for constant temperature equipment

27 Mar, 2025

Lauda Dr R. Wobser GmbH & Co KG, the global leader in precise temperature control solutions, has launched a comprehensive five-year warranty for its registered constant temperature equipment. This move highlights the company’s unwavering dedication to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

A bold commitment to quality

“We’re so confident in the durability and performance of our products that we are offering a five-year warranty on registered constant temperature devices,” said Dr Gunther Wobser, President & CEO of Lauda. “This warranty reinforces our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in temperature control technology and ensures our customers can rely on our solutions for years to come.”

Simple registration and clear terms

The five-year warranty covers a wide range of constant temperature equipment, including the latest Lauda Universa bath thermostats. To qualify, customers must register their equipment within three months of delivery via the easy-to-use LAUDA.LIVE Services platform. The warranty includes labour and material costs for repairs when the terms are met, such as purchasing from Lauda or authorised partners and using Lauda heat transfer liquids exclusively.

Global support and service

This warranty is available in all participating countries, with repairs handled either at Lauda's headquarters in Lauda-Königshofen or by authorised service partners. “This warranty is not only a reflection of our product quality but also demonstrates our strong customer service philosophy,” added Dr Wobser. “Our customers can trust that their Lauda temperature control systems will operate reliably for many years.”

A focus on sustainability and innovation

The new warranty is part of Lauda’s broader sustainability efforts, applying to the latest generation of constant temperature devices that utilise natural refrigerants. By offering this extended coverage, Lauda combines sustainability with long-term durability, continuing to lead the market in both technological innovation and environmental responsibility.
