Horizontal cylindrical chamber autoclaves manufactured by Priorclave are among the most energy efficient research grade laboratory autoclaves currently available.  Such is their potential for savings on energy and water usage, models from the Priorclave QCS range are much in demand around the world. And across many diverse industrial sectors such as food, drink, dairy, pharmaceutical, agricultural, education, healthcare as well as numerous research and educational institutes within the public sector where stringent budgetary control is essential.

With a low loading height, wide door swing allowing easy loading of heavy loads from a trolley, advanced programming for simple to more complex sterilising tasks, effective use of power and water plus superb operator safety standards QCS front-loading sterilises are one of the safest and most efficient.

The QCS autoclave range includes model three models, 100, 150 and 200 litre chamber capacities, available as standard or with vacuum options.  Each has a 500mm diameter chamber, believed to be largest currently available for this style of autoclave.  It makes them ideally suited for laboratories looking specifically for an autoclave with a heavy load capacity but have limited available lab floor space. Also, it will help any laboratory increase its sterilising throughput owing to the combination of improved load capacity and exceptional operating performance.

Control of the sterilising process is through the very latest Tactrol® 3 controller developed by Priorclave. It presents to the user a crystal-clear LCD display and provides a more simplistic approach to function settings yet still retains the simple to use day to day operation of previous versions with Start, Vent and Door buttons.

These research grade laboratory autoclaves can also be equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity through Bee Live.  This give the sterilisers immediate connectivity to a variety of Wi-Fi enabled devices such as Smart phones, tablets, iPads and laptops. Lab staff now have an opportunity to remotely monitor sterilising parameters during the processing cycle.  Bee Live also allows authorised personnel a facility to alter, re-set programmed parameters and provide diagnostics for servicing.

The build quality and performance of Priorclave QCS range is unquestionable - durable and reliable. It also incorporates epoxy coated panels and frame members treated with an antimicrobial agent that is effective against many bacteria and fungi including MRSA, E.coli, Listeria, Legionella, Campylobacter, Salmonella and Pseudomonas. Essential to help prevent cross contamination in a critical research laboratory.
