Metrohm AG and International Headquarters Move into New Premises

Metrohm AG and Metrohm International Headquarters have recently invested more than CHF 100 million in a new, state-of-the-art facility located in their hometown Herisau in Switzerland. The new buildings in the ‘Ionenstrasse’ provide spacious offices, laboratories and production halls giving Metrohm the best conditions for future growth.

The investment is a strong commitment to the local community of Herisau. At the same time, it reflects the company philosophy to serve its customers all over the world with the best of Switzerland’s legendary tradition in manufacturing

precision instruments.

Particular emphasis has been put on the training laboratories, conference hall and teaching rooms of the new

Metrohm Academy. Here, staff and customers from all over the world enjoy the latest technologies to familiarise themselves with the Metrohm instruments and absorb the know-how presented in seminars, lectures, etc.

Metrohm is proud to have completed in just two generation’s time the rise from a one-man start up in the 1940s to the world’s leading company in ion analysis serving customers in more than 80 countries.
