Dionex Corporation has received the NorthFace Scoreboard Award from the Omega Management Group in recognition of its world class customer service. The award is presented annually to companies rated by their own customers as having provided high levels of satisfaction during the prior calendar year. Dionex is among 25 businesses which qualified to receive the award from a pool of 58 companies worldwide and also one of
only five companies which are 7-time recipients of the award.
“The NorthFace Scoreboard Award recognises organisations who not only offer exemplary customer service, but who also centre their existence on a deep commitment in exceeding customer expectations,” said John Alexander Maraganis, President and CEO of Omega.
Dr Dietrich Hauffe, Vice President of Global Marketing for Dionex Corporation, added: “We have always been focussed on customer satisfaction.
