Biotium introduces GlycoLiner™ Cell Surface Glycoprotein Labelling Kits, enabling fast, gentle, and highly selective labelling of cell surface glycoproteins. Using next-generation self-catalysing aminooxy chemistry, GlycoLiner™ labels cells efficiently at neutral pH in ~20 minutes at room temperature or 4°C, avoiding harsh buffers or high label concentrations.

The kits include biotin or five bright fluorescent dyes and are fully compatible with fixation, permeabilization, and protein extraction for downstream imaging, flow cytometry, or biochemical analysis. GlycoLiner™ labelling produces minimal intracellular staining in dead cells, resulting in clearer visualisation of cell boundaries compared to conventional covalent stains.
