Automation-ready Ultravap^® Mistral XT150 solvent evaporator by PSL

PSL (Porvair Sciences Limited) has expanded its Ultravap^® range with the Ultravap^® Mistral XT150, an automation-ready blowdown evaporator designed to remove the solvent evaporation bottleneck in high-throughput sample preparation. Developed for modern laboratory workflows, it delivers reproducible dry-down for microplates and glass tubes (including tubes up to 150 mm), helping laboratories improve turnaround times while protecting sample quality.

Engineered with integration in mind, the Mistral XT150 features a flat-front profile and a platform/plate shuttle that can serve and retrieve plates from a wide range of liquid-handling systems. This supports smoother automation, reduced manual handling, and greater consistency between runs.
