The new UniFlow HDPE Acid Digestion Fume Hood from Hemco Corporation is designed for highly corrosive operations involving dissolution procedures for element analysis.

UniFlow Acid Digestion Hoods have a robust construction entirely resistant to chemicals, featuring a welded one-piece HDPE interior fume chamber encompassing hood walls, ceiling, worksurface, and rear drain trough. The exterior is equally chemical-resistant, constructed from composite resin.

Available in various sizes including 48”, 60”, 72”, and 96” models, this series of fume hoods offers flexibility to suit diverse needs. Options include models with or without a built-in washdown system and rear drain trough.

Each fume hood comes equipped with a counterbalanced vertical sliding clear viewing sash, available in polycarbonate for hydrofluoric acid applications or tempered glass for other uses. Additionally, they feature a vapour-proof LED light fixture, pre-wired switch, and remote-control water fixture complete with built-in spray nozzles for washdown requirements.

For added convenience, a wide array of accessories can be factory-installed, including support cabinets/tables and ventilation equipment, ensuring precise customisation to meet your specific needs.
