The extended range of QCS high capacity front-loading autoclaves from Priorclave provides one of the most versatile and cost efficient steam steriliser selections available today. With stainless steel chambers up to 1025mm in depth and three standard capacities of 100, 150 and 200 litres, each offering 20% more loading capacity than other sterilisers of the same size, laboratories benefit from more efficient sterilising operations.

Laboratories are able to sterilise both small and taller-than-usual items in a single process, the increased load capacity eliminating the need to even consider investing in larger, heavier and more costly rectangular sterilisers.

For a busy working laboratory both models feature the on-board TACTROL®2 controller which ensures QCS Priorclaves deliver on performance. From simple sterilising cycles through to fully-featured multi-programme operation with printed records, the powerful controller allows unrivalled flexibility and monitoring, automating the sterilising process which enables other laboratory tasks to be undertaken secure in the knowledge that sterilisation is proceeding safely and efficiently.

Where laboratories are seeking even bigger capacities Priorclave is also able to offer the Q63 front-loading autoclave range with capacities up to 500 litres.
