Thermo Scientific Heratherm Advanced Protocol Security Incubators with Unique Decontamination Routine
Sep 14 2011
Temperature range ambient +5 to 105°C, volumes 66 to 178L Advanced Protocol Security incubators incorporate additional safety features for ultimate sample protection. The unique 140°C decontamination routine supersedes separate autoclaving of interior fittings reducing contaminating micro-organisms to a minimum. A lockable door provides restricted access and an audible alarm alerts if the door is left open accidentally. These units are recommended for a wide range of demanding laboratory applications as well as food and beverage and pharmaceutical stability testing. The robust and corrosion-resistant stainless steel models are available for sophisticated and demanding needs.
• decontamination routine reduces risk of cross-contamination: Unique cycle at 140°C is certified by an accredited microbiological institute (IBFE)
• dual convection allows incubator to be used as a natural convection incubator and as a incubator with controllable forced convection or as a oven with limited temperature range
• optional sample sensor provides additional peace of mind: exact sample temperature is measured and shown separately on display of unit
