NT MDT company announces that NTEGRA Spectra nanolaboratory has won an R&D 100 Award which is one of the most prestigious international awards in the field of analytical instrumentation.

NTEGRA Spectra is the part of the unique and first in the world nanolaboratory, which is designed to meet the most exacting requirements in nanoscale research. This model combines the cutting-edge microscopy techniques in one piece: laser confocal imaging, atomic-force imaging, near-field optical imaging, Raman spectroscopy. Conventional optical microscopy can be performed as well.

This combination enables some powerful methods of investigation at nanoscale level which are not available separately:
1. Chemical mapping with molecular resolution
2. Imaging in tip-enhanced Raman mode with XY resolution up to 30 nm
3. High-resolution Raman and fluorescence spectroscopy

As an option NTEGRA Spectra incorporates an HRV (High Resolution Viewing) Head unique device for collecting Raman spectra with ultimate optical resolution. This option has no commercial analogues and available only in NTEGRA Spectra configuration.
