Hach Lange Launches New Portable Mcerts Sampler

Oct 28 2008

HACH LANGE`s new portable water sampler, the BÃœHLER 1000, has received MCERTS approval and is therefore suitable for compliance monitoring applications.

The new sampler is easy to transport and is ideal for use in wastewater treatment plants, industrial applications and for monitoring surface waters.
HACH LANGE`s Sarah Blayds says, "Flexibility, ruggedness and reliability and the key features of the BÜHLER 1000. Importantly, it can be used to store samples for up to 72 hours at 4 °C without freezing which means that it can be left unattended over weekends. We are delighted to have attained the MCERTS certificate because it provides customers with further reassurance on the quality of the product."

The BÃœHLER 1000 collects representative samples in conformity with ISO 5667. Users are able to select from twelve sampling programmes and from a range of sample containers to produce composite or individual samples. A high suction rate prevents particle sedimentation during the suction process.

The new sampler will feature on the HACH LANGE stand (52 & 53) at WWEM 2008 in Telford on 5th and 6th November. Registration for WWEM is available at WWEM
