Winfield Joins Hi-Line team

Hi-line has welcomed Nigel Winfield to its management team, where he will report directly to company directors, Steven Smith and Michael Thurlow. Nigel joins Hi-line with a logistics and transportation background from his previous position as operations manager for a large international transport company. His role at Hi-line is to interface between the directors and the management team to implement business strategy and corporate policy, whilst also heading the office staff. As suppliers of compressed air equipment, the company is expanding its business model and will benefit from the management skills that Nigel has gleaned from many years experience of implementing new systems into growing companies. Operating in the global marketplace with suppliers and customers in many geographic locations, Nigel’s objective for the company will be to strengthen customer services by pulling these contacts together, making the supply chain fast, simple and efficient. Nigel was born locally to the head office location at Burton on Trent. He is married to Karen with five children and is a keen cricketer with a passion for live music.
