50 Years of SAS: Looking to the Future with Atomic Spectroscopy Symposium.
The focus of this session will be the role of atomic spectroscopy to fulfill expectations and needs of the laboratory in the years to come. Leading researchers in the field have been invited to provide their insight into developments taking place in this field, the evolution of instrumentation, and the impact upon the analytical laboratory.

This symposium will consider basic and applied research in infrared and Raman spectrometry. Of particular note is that the session will include speakers from academia, industry, and government.
