Comprehensive Range of Autoclaves

Astell’s comprehensive range of autoclaves includes units from 30 litres to 3,000 litres. All feature the highly acclaimed ‘Logi’ control system, with full colour touchscreen, continuous data archiving, and unique ‘self-help tutorial’ feature.

Models are available with all necessary options to ensure optimum performance in the most demanding situations. Various types of air/water cooling are offered to significantly reduce cycle times when fluids are being processed, whilst vacuum, combined with a heated jacket, ensures both efficient air removal and effective drying when required. A wide selection of data logging, recording and monitoring options are also available, including RS232 and Ethernet connectivity.

Astell’s latest autoclave, the Duaclave, features two identical chambers, one directly above the other. This is the ideal autoclave where laboratory space is at a premium. Astell’s products have been developed over 100 years, and in addition to autoclaves, the company offers independent steam generators in three sizes, and effluent decontamination systems for high containment laboratories.
