A compact, 40-litre benchtop autoclave developed by British company Priorclave, gives start-up laboratories the opportunity to acquire a feature packed steam steriliser at an affordable price. It also benefits from the availability of an extended warranty programme to give long-term peace of mind in terms of performance and reliability to protect that initial low-cost investment.

This 40L research grade laboratory autoclave has a 350mm diameter sterilising chamber and features the very last Tactrol®3 programmable control system. As well a base model Priorclave has also launched models with short legs, for easier cleaning and disinfecting directly beneath the actual autoclave.

Another added benefit of investing in Priorclave benchtop autoclaves is the Biomaster antimicrobial surface protection given to all sterilisers. Biomaster is a proven effective means of reducing the growth of MRSA, E.Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter and over 50 other bacteria by up to 99.99%.

Designed and built by Priorclave at its UK manufacturing centre, this versatile range is designed specifically for placing on a bench top. A key feature is its small footprint which enables even the smallest laboratory to own a highly efficient machine. This benchtop autoclave range is produced in two formats, as a standard operating autoclave or with a highly efficient vacuum system adding further to its appeal for laboratories where infrequent sterilisation takes place, or a more demanding medium requires faster processing.

Everything about Priorclave 40l benchtop autoclaves is designed to appeal to those wanting a simple to operate machine. Out of the box, it requires simply plugging into a 230V, single-phase supply and its ready to go.  All operational functions are governed by the very latest, simple to programme and totally reliable TACTROL®3 microprocessor system.

The new TACTROL®3 controller presents to the user a crystal-clear LCD display and provides a more simplistic approach to function settings yet still retains the simple to use day to day operation of previous versions with Start, Vent and Door buttons. This gives more precise control and delivers information on cycle process to achieve the ultimate in sterilisation performance.

In addition, the Tactrol®3 controller offers full setting security, managed with passcodes and a manual key-switch, making it ideal for environments where pre-programs need to be kept tamperproof. These would include pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy as well as critical research centres.

Purchase a Priorclave research grade laboratory autoclave in the knowledge that every care has been taken to build robust machines with a superior exterior, anti-bacterial finish to prevent potential for cross-contamination within a laboratory.
