Robust, reliable, affordable autoclaves

Priorclave’s  EH285-SMART autoclave features a 285-litre chamber fitted with two full-width non-tipping stainless steel load shelves. This autoclave also incorporates automatic timed free-steaming, pre-cycle vacuum in which multiple Vacuum stages are programmed with interspersed heating to achieve steam penetration. The built-in vacuum can also assist with cooling. Whilst pulsed free-steaming is utilised to maximise the effect, to improve the efficiency of the pre-cycle vacuum phase.

The impressive EH285-SMART’s pressure vessel carries a 10-year warranty and is insurance-approved. To ensure user safety at all times, its door is fitted with both thermal and pressure locks to prevent opening at load temperatures above 80°C and pressures above 0.2 bar.  

As with all Priorclave autoclaves designed and built in their London manufacturing plant, the EH285-SMART  features their exclusive Tactrol® 3 controller, enabling customisable programming, in addition to safe push-button starts, even whilst gloved. All epoxy-coated panels and frame members are treated with an anti-bacterial agent that is effective against all known bacteria and fungi, including MRSA. This safe treatment is so effective, it remains effective throughout the entire lifetime of the autoclave, helping to reduce contamination and making cleaning even easier.
